I'm posting these photos with the grudging permission of my daughter. For the record according to her: I am the most annoying blogging mother e-v-e-r. But isn't she cute?

I still remember how weird teeth feel after the braces come off.
I think you've got a long way to go before you become the most annoying blogging mother ever.
It's true. I could easily and happily be sooooooo much more annoying, but I'm her mother, so I get the title.
Really--she's got five teenage years yet left--you have loads of time.
Cute doesn't quite cover it. Radiant, maybe. We are setting aside a trust fund for our kids future therapy (to recover from being the subjects of parental blogging). Just as soon as we pay for those braces, that is.
You bloggers with young kids should just enjoy it while you can...there comes a point when you need to figure out new subject matter. I wrote a lot about my daughter when she was little and ever so quotable. She's a teenager now and wants to write her own story.
Hooray for straight teeth! She's looking great. And is a good sport.
